These blades are forged from medium carbon steel, which gives them excellent edge retention and makes them easy to sharpen. Hereby comes that you need to oil your blade after use to keep it in perfect condition.

The blade is forged and ground to a razor sharp edge. The handle has a slight curve, to fit the palm of your hand nicely.

It is delivered in a black box for storage if necessary.

A great universal tool for cutting cheese, meats, fruits and vegetables.
